Requirements to rent a home

• Completed Rental Application
• Proof of employment
• References
• Acceptance from our property management company

Download and complete our Rental Application and fax, email or drop off your applciation at our office in Victorville. Applications are usually process within one (1) business day.  There is a $35.00 processing fee.
